Terms and Conditions for HappInch (a Unit of GIHLLP)
Reservation and Payment:
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is at 2.00pm , and check-out time is at 11.00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and extra cost.
Guest Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property and its contents during their stay.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed on the premises, unless otherwise specified.
Noise and Disturbances:
Guests are expected to respect the quiet enjoyment of other guests and neighbors. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in eviction.
Liability:
The hotel is not liable for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.
Force Majeure:
The hotel is not responsible for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, or acts of terrorism.
Privacy Policy:
The hotel collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
Jurisdiction:
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.
Amendments:
The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
